Shipping
- We offer USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
- Once your order is received please allow 2 days to process and ship your order.
- Orders received after 3 PM E.S.T. will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order ships your will be emailed tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.
- We ship to United States lower 48 only. We do not ship to AK, HI. We also do not ship to PO boxes.
Returns
- We offer a 14 day money back guarantee less shipping.
- Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
- Returns must be postmarked prior to the 14th day after you receive your order.
- All returns should packaged in a sturdy box with proper packing to avoid damage during shipment back to us.
- Please be sure to include tracking information when returning our products.
- Please allow 3 to 4 business days to inspect and then credit the original purchase price of your order.
- Item that have been used will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Items that are deemed defective are credited the full amount.
- Send us an email with your tracking info so that we may process your return as quickly as possible.
